50 wooden pallets have been used as a retaining wall in a new tee construction. The gaps within the pallets were filled with used pipes, hoses, slates, broken clay pots, corrugated cardboard from the clubhouse and branches and twigs from nearby tree felling works. Wildflower seed was scattered above the pallet wall rather than using turf, a rock pile features at the side of the wall and a 30-metre long pile of cut branches have been added to connect the wall to nearby woodland cover.
Turf for the tee platform was taken from an area near the clubhouse which became a wildflower area. The construction of the tee produced a home to snails, earwigs, toads, common lizards and plenty of woodlice and beetles .
