Recently, our Board of Trustees has shown the way by going paperless. Previously, each trustee meeting would contain hundreds of pieces of paper for each of the 15 trustees, leading to a lot of wasted paper.
Now, all meeting papers are sent out through an app and each trustee has an iPad to access these. Plans are in place to roll this out through the rest of the company to try and reduce as much paper as possible.
