Over the past few years BirdLife Switzerland, an association actively participating in the conservation of biodiversity in the country, has found that the installation of 230 birdhouses and biodiversity-enhancing maintenance of the golf course have had positive effects on the breeding bird populations.

In recent seasons, there has been an important increase in rare birds such as Kingfishers and Hoopoes. The most attentive players can also spot other wonderful species such as the Grey Heron, Great Tit, Mandarin Duck and Colourful Woodpeckers.
