At the beginning of 2024, a few of the club's members set up the bee group and purchased some hives and a colony of bees. Since then, they have expanded to another hive and are expecting to have honey by the end of 2025. The group is open to members and to the local communities, teaching beekeeping to anyone who wants to learn, with equipment supplied.
