A number of bee colonies have been introduced at Finca Cortesin to help provide a suitable environment for the local populations to flourish and grow.
By providing the colony with the necessary conditions to develop, the surrounding ecosystem has been improved, allowing it to develop and produce its own brand of honey that is sustainably-sourced and used within many of the dishes served in the resort’s restaurants.
