90% of irrigation is from recycled sources

As part of our green community, the land drainage system for the whole development of Oaks Prague was designed to be captured and reused. Roadways, pavements, public spaces and the golf course all collect the rainwater through a system of gravity-fed pipework to a central buffer pond. In 2019 alone we captured 54,219 m3 of water from rainfall and irrigation and recycled through the pipe network, our buffer pond and then pumped it back to the irrigation reservoir for future use. 90% of our annual irrigation consumption is recycled or captured through rainfall.
