At Terre Blanche, guests and team members are invited to become active participants in protecting biodiversity. With the launch of the 123Survey app, everyone can now contribute to the inventory of local wildlife and plant species by photographing their sightings, recording sounds, or submitting observations.
All collected data is geolocated and sent to our ecological consultancy firm, ECOMED, which is responsible for the scientific identification and for updating the inventory and mapping of the species recorded on the estate.
This participatory initiative is part of our ongoing environmental commitment and highlights the value of individual involvement. At the end of the year, the most dedicated contributors are rewarded in recognition of their active role in preserving our biodiversity.
